The Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts program has a comprehensive curriculum that includes principles of food service production, food service sanitation, nutrition, stock and sauces, American regional cuisine, dining room management, introduction to baking & pastry, storeroom operations, meat cutting, international cuisine, and French cuisine.
- The Associate of Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts provides instruction in the art and science of the baking profession. Students in this program will use a variety of tools and equipment to produce items such as quick breads, yeast breads, cakes, frozen desserts, centerpieces, candies, cookies and various pastries.
