Restaurants
and Chefs on the Web
When
I started this section a few years ago, there were very few restaurants
and chefs with home pages. Now every restaurant, chef and his or her
grandmother has a web page, so you'll have to forgive me if I don't
keep up this list much anymore.
- Antoine's
Restaurant, New Orleans, founded in 1840. One of the world's
great dining experiences, and one of the best restaurant Web sites
I've ever seen.
- The
Border Grill in Santa Monica, California. Chefs Susan Feniger
and Mary Sue Milliken
- Champs
Élysées, a top-rated French restaurant in downtown
Montréal, Québec, Canada
- Chef
John Folse, CEC, AAC, of Lafitte's Landing Restaurant in Donaldsonville,
Louisiana, and 1994 President of the American Culinary Federation
