Programs

ASSOCIATE - Culinary Arts
Graduates of the associate degree program in Culinary Arts have the opportunity to gain immediate, successful employment in the food service industry, which would include a variety of positions in full service restaurants, hotels, clubs and resorts catering operations, quantity food production facilities, health spas and cruise lines.

BACHELOR - Culinary Arts
Upon completion of the bachelor's degree program in Culinary Arts, students will be prepared to enter into the industry in positions to include sous chef and assistant to the executive chef.

ASSOCIATE - Baking & Pastry Arts
Upon graduation from the Baking & Pastry Arts associate degree program, a variety of positions are attainable in hotels, clubs and resorts, high-volume production bakeries, independent bakeries, restaurants, contract bakeries, and wholesale pastry shops.

BACHELOR - Baking & Pastry Arts
Upon completion of the bachelor's degree program in Baking & Pastry Arts, students will be prepared to enter the food service industry in positions such as assistant pastry chef and executive pastry chef trainee.

ASSOCIATE - Garnish Your Degree - Baking & Pastry Arts
The Garnish Your Degree Baking & Pastry Arts program is for students who already have a college bachelor's degree. Students begin classes in September and complete their studies over 4 consecutive terms ending in August. Classes consist mostly of laboratory classes, with some academic classes. Students will also complete a one-term, hands-on learning experience at an off-campus co-op.

ASSOCIATE - Garnish Your Degree - Culinary Arts
The Garnish Your Degree Culinary Arts program is for students who already have a college bachelor's degree. Students begin classes in September and complete their studies over 4 consecutive terms ending in August. Classes consist mostly of laboratory classes, with some academic classes. Students will also complete a one-term, hands-on learning experience at an off-campus co-op.

BACHELOR - Culinary Nutrition
Upon completion of the Culinary Nutrition bachelor's degree program, students are prepared for work as personal chefs and at production-oriented sites, in industry test kitchens, health care facilities, spas and restaurants where an emphasis on nutrition is fundamental.
